Kathmandu. Bishwakarma Puja is being celebrated today by worshipping vehicles, factories and various machinery materials.

KATHMANDU — Devotees throng Bhadrakali to pay homage to Lord Bishwakarma on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja, which is celebrated every year on the occasion of Ashwin Sankranti.

On this day, it is customary to install idols or pictures of Lord Vishwakarma in various factories and worship them methodically.

The idol worshipped today is immersed in the river the next day. Vishwakarma Puja is performed by decorating the factories in a special way and involving the workers.
