Dhading. The obstructed Prithvi Highway has been opened in two ways. The highway has been obstructed due to a dry landslide at Jawangkhola of Benighat Rorang rural municipality-10 since 10.00 pm on Monday. Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Dhading, Bheshraj Rijal, said the highway was opened after clearing the debris of landslide.

According to him, even though the landslide has been cleared for the time being, the risk has not subsided. SP Rijal said that the process of removing the landslide with dozer is increasing.

The stranded vehicles are on their way to their destinations. There is also the problem of traffic jam in this area due to the high pressure of vehicles.
