Chitwan. CHITWAN — The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been obstructed for 105 hours since last night.

The road section has been obstructed for long due to the repeated landslides triggered by the Tuin River since Friday.

Narayan Lamichhane, chief of the Division Road Office, Chitwan, said the two-way vehicular movement has resumed at Tuin rivulet since 11.35 pm on Thursday after the removal of landslide. He also said that there is no need to panic now as there is no situation of landslide happening immediately.

“It is easy to clear minor landslides. There is no immediate risk of landslide as boulders stuck in landslide occurred in Namsi two days ago. Now, the road seems safe,” Lamichhane said, adding, “Muddy landslides occur along this road section when it rains and dry landslides occur when it is sunny.”

Although there is no immediate risk of landslides, we urge people to move with caution as there is no situation to rely on it completely. ’

Chief District Officer Ganesh Aryal said all the vehicles stranded at night had been sent to their destinations. According to him, although there was a big landslide, the work was completed sooner than expected due to hard work.
