Kathmandu. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has urged one and all to remain alert as there is possibility of heavy rainfall in different parts of the country until October 20.

The Department has urged people not to travel at night as there is a risk of landslide along with the rain. The Department of Roads has also urged all its subordinate offices not to travel at night and to be prepared for disaster response.

Similarly, the Department has urged the passengers travelling in Nagdhunga-Muglin, Muglin-Narayangadh, BP Highway, Kanti Highway, Tribhuvan Highway and Daunne road to adopt special alertness.
