Kathmandu. Various highways across the country have been obstructed due to floods and landslides. The Prithvi Highway has been completely obstructed due to landslides in Jawang Khola.

According to Nepal Police Headquarters, the Narayangadh-Muglin road section has also been affected by the landslide. However, this road is one-way operation. Vehicular movement has been halted on both sides of BP and Araniko highways in Kavre for an indefinite period.

The Pasang Lhamu road in Rasuwa district has also been obstructed. Likewise, the Koshi Highway at Barunkhola of Sankhuwasabha and the Koshi Highway from Khandbari to Kimathanka and Thumsur have also been closed for the service.

Similarly, the Siddhicharan Highway in Okhaldhunga and the Phakhel-Humane-Kathmandu road at Mahalaxmi River in Makwanpur have also been obstructed. The Kanti Highway and the Kulekhani Sisneri-Dakshinkali-Kathmandu road have been obstructed. The Madan Bhandari highway has been obstructed at Sindure Dobhan in Sindhuli. The road has been obstructed at Chanaute and Simsuwa of Sanghurigadhi rural municipality along the Koshi Highway.
