Kathmandu. The influence of monsoon wind is prevailing throughout the country at present. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the country.

Likewise, moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and at a few places of the western region. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the country.

Possibility remains for brief rain accompanied by ÷thunder and lightning one or two places of the hilly and terai regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
