Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah and Sudan Gurung, the founder of Hami Nepal, have filed an FIR against them.

The All Nepal National Free Student Union (ANNFSU), a student wing of the CPN-UML, is preparing to file a complaint against Sah and Gurung. According to a source close to AKHIL, preparations are underway to file a complaint at the District Police Range, Kathmandu shortly.

The agitation that took place on September 14 had vandalized and torched the Parliament building, Singha Durbar, Supreme Court, Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority, District Court and police offices in different parts of the country. Three police personnel were also killed.
