Kathmandu. CPN-UML politburo member Mahesh Basnet has said that it was wrong to attack industrialists and businessmen Binod Chaudhary and Min Bahadur Gurung in the name of Genji movement.

Basnet said this while addressing a press conference at the party office in Chyasal today. He said it was wrong to vandalize and set fire to industrialists in the name of Genji movement on industrialists doing business in the country.

“There was vandalism and arson in the name of the Genji movement, they were tried to write to them,” Basnet said, adding, “This is wrong.” They don’t chase them away, they create jobs. ’
