Kathmandu. Yuvaraj Safal has filed a complaint against Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Balen Shah and Sudan Gurung, founder of Hami Nepal. According to the District Police Range, Kathmandu, a complaint has been filed against Mayor Shah and Gurung at the District Police Range, Kathmandu.
A complaint has been filed on the charge of sedition. The complaint will be forwarded to the commission for investigation into the incident of September 23 and 24.
