PM Oli writes to 7 political parties to discuss elections

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has invited the seven political parties represented in the dissolved House of Representatives (HoR) to hold discussion regarding the upcoming elections scheduled for March 4.

Prime Minister Karki sent a letter to the political parties at 4:00 pm on October 19 at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar to discuss the election, according to Karki’s press coordinator Ram Rawal.

It has urged the government to send two high-level representatives from the seven political parties recognized in the erstwhile parliament for discussions. Representatives of Nepali Congress, CPN (UML), CPN (Maoist Centre), Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Janamat Party and Nagarik Unmukti Party have been invited for the meeting.
