Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Sah has filed a complaint against the CPN-UML’s youth wing.
A complaint has been filed with the Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police under electronic crime, saying that the status has defamed political parties and even insulted friendly countries.
Balen had written an abusive status using obscene words in the middle of the night two days ago. He deleted the status after a while, but the screenshot went viral on social media.
