Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) is set to fully function from November 17. The Supreme Court has been providing only partial service after the Jenji agitation was set on fire on September 24.
A full meeting of the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday decided to resume the remaining cases of arson, stone-pelting, vandalism and looting.
“Since the files of the case have been saved from destruction, the pending hearing date will be held regularly on the date of the pre-determined date of hearing from November 1, 2082,” the notice of the court reads. ’
The meeting also decided to register and hear all types of cases and applications including the initial cases, appeals, repetition applications and review applications that have been disrupted in the service.
