Kathmandu. Winter has already begun. Now, the sale of peanuts is increasing at every corner, street and square.

Sitting in the hot sun, eating peanuts, chatting with friends, is a different pleasure. Peanuts are a nutrient-rich food, rich in fat, protein and a variety of vitamins and minerals. Eating peanuts keeps the blood capillaries of the heart healthy and is also more effective in reducing cholesterol.

A diet rich in peanuts is very beneficial for health. It is better to eat peanuts with peel. However, it has to be balanced. At present, the price of peanuts in the market ranges from Rs 50 to Rs 350 depending on the quantity and quality.
