{{TAG_OPEN_span_9} The hearing on the case filed by advocate Prem Silwal has been fixed for November 22. The incumbent government on October 14 had decided to recall the ambassadors of 11 countries appointed during the previous government.
Earlier, a division bench of Justices Saranga Subedi and Shreekanta Poudel on November 3 issued an interim order to recall the ambassador to Nepal.TAG_OPEN_span_8
The next day after the court order, the government recalled the ambassador and directed him to appear before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Advocate Silwal said that the case was filed in favour of respect for the court and the rule of law.
