Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Administration Office (DAO) has remanded medical practitioner Durga Prasai to judicial custody for four days.

The District Police Range, Kathmandu has given permission to the District Police Range, Kathmandu to conduct an investigation into the case by keeping Prasain, the coordinator of the campaign, in custody for four days.

According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, investigation has been initiated on the charge of breaching public peace.

Police had arrested Prasai from his residence in Bhaktapur on Monday midnight.
