Issuing a notice, the Ministry of Home, Communications and Law of Madhes Province has declared Tuesday as a public holiday on the occasion of Bibaha Panchami.
The main day of the week-long Vivaha Panchami festival is the Swayamvara ceremony and the wedding ceremony at night.
