Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The CPN-UML has filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court challenging the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

The CPN-UML has filed a writ petition against the dissolution of the House of Representatives. The CPN-UML parliamentary party is said to have filed a writ petition demanding the reinstatement of the House of Representatives.

Bartaula, who is the Chief Whip of the CPN-UML in the dissolved House of Representatives, and Whip Sunita Baral have filed the writ petition. In the meeting of the dissolved House of Representatives, the UML leaders had decided to go to the Supreme Court against the dissolution of the House.
