Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Governor Dr Bishwa Poudel has adopted a simplified policy on home loans.
The loan limit of up to Rs 2 crore in real estate has been increased to Rs 3 crore.
For the first time, up to 80 percent loan has been provided for home buyers.
