A meeting of the Council of Ministers held today nominated Shrestha as the personal secretary of Prime Minister and Patron of PADT Sushila Karki for the next 5 years.
Shrestha has been nominated to the post vacant after his predecessor Ain Bahadur Shahi resigned from the post.
