Kathmandu. Swastik Laghubitta Financial Institution has issued general shares (IPO).
In the first phase, the company has issued shares for Nepalis in foreign employment. The company has issued 23,100 units of IPO for them.
According to the company, 195,195 units of ordinary shares will be issued to the general public after the IPO is allotted to those in foreign employment.
Nepalis in foreign employment can apply for a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 5,000 units. Applications for the IPO can be made till July 15. Nabil Investment Banking is its sales manager.
