Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has issued debentures worth Rs 2.5 billion.
The bank has issued 2.5 million units of ‘SBL Debenture-2091’ at the rate of Rs 1,000 per unit.
The bank will sell 1.5 million units to various organizations individually while the remaining 1 million units will be issued to the general public.
Applications can be made for a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 25 units. The bond is of 10 years duration. Investors will get 7.5 percent interest per annum.
Investors can apply through banks and financial institutions with CASWA members licensed by the Securities Board and my shares. Applications can be made till July 30. If the application is not received as per the demand during the period, then the application can be submitted till July 30. NMB Capital is its sales manager.
