Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The Finance Committee has sought a report from the Ministry of Finance for restructuring of the Nepal Stock Exchange. The committee has asked the Ministry of Finance to provide the details of the report, recommendation proposal and other documents submitted to the Ministry of Finance by the Securities Board of Nepal and The Nepal Stock Exchange so far regarding the restructuring.
Similarly, the Securities Board of Nepal has so far sought reports, recommendation proposals and other documents submitted to the Ministry of Finance regarding the need for a new stock exchange. TAG_OPEN_div_6 The committee has also asked to provide the details of any report submitted by any commission, committee and task force formed by the Ministry of Finance or subordinate bodies regarding the restructuring of the Nepal Stock Exchange and the need for a new stock exchange.
