Kathmandu. The Independent Power Producers Association of Nepal (IPPAN) is now going to become a federation. On the occasion of the 23rd General Assembly held today, IPPAN President Ganesh Karki said that the organization would now be formed as a federation.
The proposal will be tabled in the ongoing assembly. And the Assembly has said that it will be passed. Chairman Karki said that the country has gone to federalism by incorporating other organizations active in the energy sector.
