Kathmandu. On the occasion of Saune Sankranti, the first day of the month of Saun, a large number of devotees have been present at the Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu since morning.
In this month, which is considered special for the worship of Lord Shiva, devotees go to Pashupatinath to worship by following the tradition of wearing green bangles, garlands, mehendi and fasting. With the beginning of Saun, the temple complex is full of devotees.
