Kathmandu. Kamana Service Development Bank has been honoured with the National Best Annual Report Award 2024 by the Chartered Accountants’ Association.

The bank has received the Gold Award in the financial services sector category.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICANN) has given the award based on its annual report for the fiscal year 2023-24 FOR the financial transparency, accountability and good governance of the organization. In the financial statement prepared for submission at its 18th Annual General Meeting, the bank presented the details of the bank to the shareholders and stakeholders in the best way.

Hon’ble Auditor General Toyam Raya handed over the service to Dinesh Thakali, CHIEF Executive Officer of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank. The bank’s annual report will automatically nominate Nepal to compete for the SAFA BPA Awards to be held at the South Asian level.

Last year, the bank’s annual financial statement was awarded ‘BPA Award Silver’ from Chartered Accountants Association, Nepal and ‘Certificate of Merit Award’ given by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) under the financial services sector. These awards are considered to be very prestigious awards in the banking sector.
