More than 3,000 dengue cases, 3 deaths in Koshi

According to him, the symptoms of dengue include severe body pain, loss of food, diarrhea, high fever, joints and muscles, eye lumps, headache, red body sickness, nausea or vomiting. On the basis of these symptoms, doctors will check and treat dengue patients through kits, he said.
