Deputy Mayor of TAG_OPEN_div_20 the municipality and coordinator of the monitoring committee Ramesh Budhathoki said that such industries have been allowed to operate from today after ensuring complete purity.
A team led by Deput TAG_OPEN_div_18 y Mayor Budhathoki, district administration office, police, technicians, consumer forum, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, among others, had monitored the industries and collected samples after receiving complaints that the water of the industries there was polluted. Coliform was found after sample testing. Soon after, the municipality banned the sale and distribution of water from these industries.
These industries include Aqua Karnali Drinking Water, Jai Chhuma Ganesh Drinking Water, OK Mineral Water Pvt Ltd, Jhaukhel Drinking Water High Beverage Pvt Ltd, SN Top Beverage Pvt Ltd, OK Mineral Water Drinking Water Industry and Jhaukhel Drinking Water Industry. TAG_OPEN_div_16
Deputy Mayor Budhathoki said, “We re-examined the water and found that the water was purified in today’s report, so we have given permission for operation. TAG_OPEN_div_14 We will take action again as per the law. ’
He said that all water industries TAG_OPEN_div_12 have been urged to register and renew in the municipality and pay attention to purity.
