Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB) has introduced instant EMI facility for the first time in Nepal while making payments through POS machines.

For the first time in Nepal, NIMB has introduced instant EMI facility while making payment through NIMB POS machine, making it easier, smarter and technology-friendly for the customers.

From now on, NIMB credit card users will be able to use the installment (AMI) facility from the same moment while making payments through NIMB POS in any business location.

This facility is a system in which customers can easily pay large expenses by dividing them into small monthly installments, which will be available immediately without the hassle of separate application processing or waiting.

The bank said that the purpose of introducing instant EMI facility is to provide financial flexibility to customers and make digital transactions easier.

This facility will provide an option to pay in cheap monthly installments, especially to customers who want to buy services such as household goods, electronic devices, gadgets, travel.

The bank believes that this facility, which will be started automatically through a simple process, will further strengthen the trust and use of digital banking.

The bank currently operates from 275 branches, 265 ATMs, 65 extension counters and 60 branchless banking counters.
