Kathmandu. The government has extended the license period. The government has fixed the time period for renewal of vehicle license to 10 years. Earlier, this period was five years.
Sub-section 3 of Section 54 of the Transport Management Act 2049 has been kept for 10 years instead of five years. The amended Act has come into force with the publication of the Gazette.
