Kathmandu. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against four persons, including a buyer, on charges of corruption by taking a bribe of Rs 20,000.
Spokesperson of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Rajendra Kumar Poudel said a case has been filed against four persons, including a buyer, at the Special Court in Kathmandu on the charge of corruption by taking a bribe of Rs 20,000.
Spokesperson Poudel of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) said that a case has been filed against him as per sub-section (1A) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 (including the first amendment).
Shanti Pun, Ratan Bahadur GC, Hari Chandra Pandey and Ghanshyam Tiwari have been accused in the case. A case has been filed against them with a fine of Rs 20,000.
