Kathmandu. A division bench of Justices Hari Prasad Phuyal and Nityananda Pandey filed the writ petition filed by Insurance Authority Chairman Sharad Ojha.

Ojha has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court alleging that the government has suspended him from his post in violation of the law and formed an inquiry committee.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had formed the committee to remove Ojha within four months. Kapil Oli and Jeevan Sitaula are members of the inquiry committee formed under the coordination of former High Court judge Krishna Giri.

Ojha has moved the court against the committee formed by the government.
