Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives is taking place at 1:00 pm today at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwor.

In today’s meeting, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Damodar Bhandari is likely to present a proposal seeking consideration of the Industrial Property Bill, 2082 BS.

Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel is scheduled to present a proposal in the meeting seeking consideration of the amendment made by the National Assembly on the Customs Bill, 2080 BS.

International Relations and Tourism Committee, Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee, Legislation Management Committee and Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee are meeting today.

The International Relations Committee is scheduled to hold contemporary discussions on the current status, progress and challenges of the Lumbini Development Trust. The Committee on Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources will discuss clause-wise on the ‘Bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to land, 2082 BS’.

The draft report of the ‘Water Resources Bill, 2081’ will be discussed in the Legislation Management Committee. Similarly, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee is scheduled to discuss the ‘Report related to the National Park’.
