According to a press release issued by the Prison Office on Thursday, Ravi Lamichhane, who has been lodged in a cooperative fraud and organized crime case for the last four months, has been kept in a separate room and a separate toilet has also been arranged in the room.

The prison administration has been making arrangements for further treatment of the sick prisoners by transferring them to the local hospital and on the recommendation of doctors as per the need.

“According to the physical structure and capacity of the prison, the prisoners have been provided with the facility of eating, staying, dingulling, reading (school education magazines), watching television and meeting and telephone to relatives. the statement said.
According to the Prison Act 2079 and prison regulations, additional facilities have also been provided to disabled, disabled, senior citizens and people with security risks. Apart from the positive discrimination as per the law regarding providing additional facilities, there is no other discrimination between prisoners.
