Kathmandu. Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Arzu Rana Deuba has extended best wishes to the Government and people of India on the occasion of india’s 79th Independence Day.

Referring to her Indian counterpart Dr S Jaishankar on social media, she said Nepal attaches more importance to its long and enduring partnership with India.

“On India’s Independence Day, we want the continuation of prosperity, unity and harmony of the people of India, inspire countries around the world and remain a shining example of democracy,” she said.
