Kathmandu. Heavy rains in Kathmandu have inundated the roads. The Babarmahal area has been inundated due to heavy rains since 3 pm.
Due to lack of proper drainage of water during the year, the road is inundated every time there is heavy rainfall. As a result, vehicles and passengers are always in trouble.
