Kathmandu. The Department of Transport Management has urged everyone not to follow the rumors about the installation of embossed number plates in the recent past.

Issuing a press release, the Department has urged the people not to follow rumours about penalty and data not being unsafe if the number plates are not installed by September 15. According to the Department, it has been decided to gradually connect all government, private and public vehicles regarding the installation of embossed number plates.

It is also requested to help in the digitization work by automatically installing embossed number plates by going to the transport office where the vehicle has been registered at a convenient time. ’

Infrastructure and human resources have been arranged at these places to facilitate the installation by the department and state offices and additional arrangements have been made as per the need for the convenience of the service seekers and vehicle owners.

Similarly, the quality of the embossed number plate has been ensured as per the prescribed, all the details and data of the vehicles have been managed so that the data is safe (in the premises of the Department of Transport Management).
