Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the ipo issued by Srinagar Agritech Industries Company. Today, you can apply for the IPO till office hours.

In the first phase, the company has issued an IPO for Nepalis living abroad for employment after obtaining labor approval.

The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 3,262,500 units of shares worth Rs 326.25 million, or 20 percent of the issued capital of Rs 1.63 billion.

The company has issued 309,938 units of shares worth Rs 309,93,800 at the rate of Rs 100 per share, representing 10 per cent of the shares allotted to the general investors.

Applications can be made from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 10,000 units. Nabil Investment Banking is the sales manager of the company. Nepalis in foreign employment can apply through the banks and financial institutions given by the Securities Board and my shares.
