Italy’s taste now in Kathmandu: From premium cheese to prosiutto (Photos)

Kathmandu. Parmigiano Reggiano, considered to be the king of things, can now be tasted in Kathmandu. RC & Co.’s company has brought the best tastes and traditions of Italy to Nepal.

The event was organized in collaboration with Roadhouse and presented the Italian Cuisine. A live cooking exhibition was also held during the event. RC & Co. has brought italian premium products to Nepal with the aim of introducing them in the Nepali market. Brands such as Latteria Soresina’s Parmigiano Reggiano (King of Cheese) and Galloni’s Prosciutto Parma Ham (cured Parma ham) have been brought to Nepal. Both these brands have also won international awards.

Biplab Khanal, manager of RC&Co Company, said that dry products, coffee and pizza oven have also been brought to Nepal.

Through this program, there is a plan to meet the shortage of Italian premium products in the Nepali market and bring more brands and segments in the coming days. Although there are Italian restaurants in Nepal, it is difficult to get authentic goods, so they have brought quality goods, he said. He said that he was trying to remove the gap seen in the market. The company also plans to provide training at the same time. ।
