Kathmandu. Everest Bank has announced dividend to shareholders.
A meeting of the bank’s board of directors held today declared 20 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The bank will give 6 percent cash dividend including bonus shares and 14 percent cash dividend including taxes.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) approves the dividend announced by the bank and approves it by the upcoming general meeting of the company.
