Kathmandu. Kathmandu Valley Police Office, Ranipokhari has urged the locals to reduce noise pollution. The Police Office, Ranipokhari has issued a notice implementing the noise, smoke and garbage-free neighborhood campaign.

The police office has also been asked to control the noise generated during night, morning, toilet and other household activities, social and religious activities and other activities or doing small tasks.

In an informative message issued by the police, it has been urged not to cough unnecessarily while doing daily activities in the morning, to reduce the noise while opening the gate and other activities, not to whistle in the pressure cooker late at night.

In the notice issued by the police, it has also been urged to take measures to reduce noise while frosting toilets late at night, use sound control devices while practicing music at home, and not to make unnecessary noise on the road.
