Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The government has reiterated that Nepal has not reached any agreement on China’s Global Security Initiatives (GSI).
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Chinese President Xi Jinping held a meeting in Tianjin, China on September 12 on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Plus Summit.
Talking briefly to RSS, Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai said, “The government is fully committed to the non-aligned foreign policy adopted by the country. ’
Foreign Secretary Rai, who attended the talks led by Prime Minister Oli and President Xi, said the two leaders discussed issues of bilateral, regional and international concern, including the Global Development Initiative.
