Kathmandu. The government has informed everyone to avoid fraud on the pretext of sending them to South Korea through an Iseven visa.
The Department of Foreign Employment under the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has clarified that it has not yet given prior permission to any organization to send workers to South Korea on isaven visa officially. In a statement issued today, the Department said that the department’s attention has been drawn to the illegal publicity being collected by sending money to South Korea through isaven visa.
According to the Department, the Ministry has approved the Working Procedure related to sending skilled workers to the Republic of Korea, 2080 and is in the implementation stage. However, the department has not yet started giving prior approval to any organization as part of the process of sending it on official visa.
The Embassy of Nepal in Korea has not received any application for verification of the demand letter after completing the procedure for such a visa. TAG_OPEN_span_6 “If any person/organization demands or assures that he will send money to South Korea on an Esven visa through social media, it is requested not to pay money to unauthorized persons and organizations under such temptation,” said a statement signed by Deputy Director General of the Department, Chandra Bahadur Shiwakoti.
