Kathmandu. At present, the low pressure line of the monsoon is located in the southern part of the country and it will be generally cloudy in the hilly region and partly cloudy in the rest of the country.

According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, moderate rainfall is likely to occur at a few places of the hilly region and at a few places of the Tarai region. Heavy rainfall is also likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi Province and Bagmati Province.

Similarly, there will be generally cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Madhes and Bagmati provinces and partly cloudy in the rest of the country. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places of the hilly region of Koshi, Madhes and Bagmati provinces and at a few places of the rest of the hilly and terai regions. Heavy rainfall is also likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly and Tarai regions of Koshi Province.
