Kathmandu. Youth and students have also come forward to protest against the government’s mismanagement, corruption and ban on social media. Kathmandu: College-going students dressed in college uniforms have gathered in the ongoing protest at Maitighar in Kathmandu.

Maitighar, the protest site, is now full. Youth and students were present in the demonstration carrying the national flag and various placards. The programme is being held not only in Maitighar but also in Pokhara, Butwal and other places.

Leaders and cadres of political parties have been asked not to attend the programme. However, security has been tightened against the peaceful protest. Zenji urged all those participating in the protest not to resort to violence, vandalism or disorder.
