Sumana Shrestha has resigned from the post of lawmaker of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP). “The job of the lawmakers is to make the government accountable, but the government has crossed the threshold of accountability. In such a situation, morality does not permit me to be a member of the parliament which is limited to handling the business of the genocidal government. Therefore, I am resigning from the post of MP. ” she said.

“Also, don’t be mistaken for an all-party leader. The country will not find a way out by sitting with these parties. She said.
