Kathmandu. Mountain goats have started entering Pokhara with the arrival of Dashain festival. Traders from mountainous districts have brought mountain goats to Pokhara as per the high demand during the festivals.

Traders from Manang, Mustang and Myagdi bring sheep and mountain goats to Pokhara every year on the eve of Dashain. This time, you can buy a mountain goat for Rs 46,000. Although it is more expensive than goats, goats and buffaloes, mountain goats are the choice of people during the festival season ।
