Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The International Calendar Determination Committee has published the auspicious time for the Bijaya Dashami Tika festival for different countries. The meeting of the committee held on Saturday made public the auspicious time for different countries, said Acharya Laxman Panthi, member-secretary of the committee.
