Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Administration Office has urged the Kathmandu district offices to remain open on Monday following improvement in the weather.
The District Administration Office (DAO) has urged the local authorities to open their offices today and resume service as the weather has improved and there is no risk of public holiday on the 19th and 20th of the district.
Issuing a notice, the District Administration Office said, “The 19th and 20th were declared public holiday due to the situation of obstruction of roads to the capital due to incessant rain for two days and due to the need to be involved in immediate rescue and relief efforts.
All types of government offices, corporations and local levels in Kathmandu district have been asked to remain open from 10:00 am to office hours and make arrangements for the presence of staff.
