‘Bhotekoshi Hydropower Project has not given free shares to Genji’

. Bhotekoshi Power Company Pvt. Ltd. has said that it has not agreed to provide free shares to GenG.

The project claims that an agreement was reached between Bhotekoshi Genji Public Investment Public Limited and Bhotekoshi Power Company Private Limited on October 12, representing the locals of Bhotekoshi in Sindhupalchowk district.TAG_OPEN_div_16

} Bhotekoshi Genji Public Investment Public Limited (Bhotekoshi Genji Public Investment Public Limited) has applied for 10 (10) percent share of the project. It is offering 10 percent shares.

Bhotekoshi Power Company has made it clear that the company will take the loan required to buy the shares from the bank and the project will arrange only collateral for the loan.TAG_OPEN_div_12

‘ Since the construction of the project has already been completed, we heartily request all the media and the concerned bodies not to be misled that the amount received by the said public limited company for 10 (ten) percent shares from the dividend to be distributed annually will be used to pay the loan and interest taken by the same public limited company. Bhotekoshi Power Company said in a statement.
