Kathmandu. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Himalayan Bank, Ashok Shumsher Rana, informed that mobile banking and internet banking service which has remained closed since October 18 will resume from this evening.

Rana said, “There was a problem because the software we are upgrading could not coordinate with the browser. ’

Earlier, the bank had said that various services would be closed till 10 am, but ATM, POS machine, QR payment, e-commerce services will be available. The bank is changing the main software used in daily work.

The bank has also mentioned that after the change in the main software, the bank’s electronic payment system and other activities will be faster than now.
